Shoukou: Freezer and Camera Layout Fix

About the PR

• Fixes the Freezer in a way where it doesn't make the room low pressure, has atmos, and can be cooled back down.
  • (It can still warn you for low pressure but it will not harm you in the slightest, maybe due to cold atmosphere)
• Adjust Camera Names & Layout for easier use and A.I. in mind. Also adds cameras to locations where it should have been.
• Fixes Can't dock right on shoko. #2146

Smaller tweaks:

• Gave Warden a 1984 pistol so he has a unique gun.
• Made the vault have a 2 layer wall that faces the hallway (to be adjusted in future).
