Before this fix, whenever any sample code was run, after showing the response the full list of sample codes was displayed which used to hide the response and user had to scroll up to see the response.
The fix includes asking for a Readline input from user after displaying the response to hold the screen. After pressing any key, again the full list is displayed.
Note: This PR has a dependency on the PR of Client SDK and should be merged only after the client SDK is released in the public repo with all the latest changes.
