Adds support for Yakuza 5 and for the latest official patches.

• Long loading times introduced by the first SilentPatch version should now be resolved.
• Fixed a potential random startup crash.
• Fixed several issues related to non-ASCII user names, most notably a freeze when using Print Circle photo booths in Yakuza 5.
