About this app

This app enables you to explore the full dataset and analysis from the paper published by Droin & al in Nature Metabolism.

The Python modules needed to run the app are listed in requirements.txt

Run the app by typing

python app.py

NB: to run the app localy (not a unix server), please comment out line 35: url_base_pathname='/gunicorn/',

The app is available at czviz.epfl.ch
