What needs to be done:
Write check that GMS-Artic images are present

Suggestions on how to get it done:
Check for *sif, stove it in CLI

What are the arguments for getting it done:
The current generated error message isn't very informative

Task is considered finished when:
Error message shows up given the circumstances and stops run
