What needs to be done:
Add nextclade columns to nextclade-summary:

  • qc.mixedSites.totalMixedSites
  • privateNucMutations.totalLabeledSubstitutions

as per request from KS.

Suggestions on how to get it done:

What are the arguments for getting it done:

Task is considered finished when:
New columns included in nextclade summary delivered to KS.
