What needs to be done:
Mutation T484I in orf1ab gene reported, only mutations in the spike should be reported

Suggestions on how to get it done:
After discussion:

  • remove code relating to voc_pos = range(475, 486)
  • only use mutations specified in spike_mutations.csv
  • add filter for "S" gene
