Task/tp 1129 link lift paragraph

Actions necessary for applying the changes: (for example composer install; drush updb; drush cim)

Lando drush deploy

Creates new link lift with image and row paragraphs to be used in basic page and landing page.
Creates new media image style which is used in said paragraph,
Themes said paragraphs for the basic page and landing page.

Testing instructions:

• Login and edit landing page,
• add new paragraph row and add link lift image cards
• Check the cards
• Repeat for basic page
