take2 branding - textures for both prelude and xiv, points the manifest at prelude textures #381

Textures for XIV proper are additionally included to make it as straight-forward as feasible to switch the branding in the future once the codebase is in a state that can be transitioned from Prelude to XIV (just need to change where manifest.yml points)

self-mergin since this pr's been up for a while and doesnt do anything that would theoretically break the build
