In relation to #134. This should take into account what information will be available to Gloss managers and what those managers expect to be able to do on this page. However, the scope of this issue is intended for the existing functionality. It has an old UI/UX that we have not updated like we have done for other components of the site. Still, some forward thinking is allowed.
