For v1.0 we should have assembled a simple bot that allows DAO members to easily access the information on the DAO on discord. We should have a consistently working base on which to build more advanced mechanisms on top.

Requirements for v1.0 to be considered ready are as follows:
Able to query information consistently from the Juicebox protocol.
Able to alert users of transactions on the DAO of their choice.
Up 24/7.
