Instructions to Setup Office-Hours Queue for Other Courses

oh_queue/__init__.py: change sentry dsn
oh_queue/static/js/state.js: update with new course info
Point new webpage dns (e.g. oh.cs61a.org) to ip address of dokku's apps (e.g. apps.cs61a.org)
Follow deployment instructions on main README.md
Change course offering in config.py to current course offering
