It appeared that Yash mistakenly remove the
README.mdfile and not theUser_Guide.htmlin PR #2.This PR restores the
doc/README.mdfile (fixing the link to it in the top-levelREADME.mdfile) and removes thedoc/User_Guide.htmlfile.This PR also brings in the
Column Geometries.docxfile from the old (private)Packed_Column_Geometriesrepository on the off change this is also desired here.
