Fixed members page responsiveness on smaller screens

Added more search options button at smaller screens which expands for the other five input fields.

On a quick glance:

• Please don't change anything for screens bigger than md breakpoint. Our goal is to fix the issues below md only.
• We don't need to duplicate any elements to achieve what we're trying to do here, just need to play with Bootstrap and JS/jQuery.
• On small screens, keep the size of the 'search' button the same as how it is on bigger screens, just push the button to the next line.

I'll try to do a detailed review of your PR after some time.
