Twixy is a app that allows users to create and post tweets, follow other users, like, and view their own profile and the profiles of other users.

- Next.js for our frontend, which is a popular framework for building React applications with server-side rendering and optimized performance.
- TailwindCSS for styling and re-useable components.
- Codegen for typesafe graphql queries and mitations.
- Graphql-Request as API client for client server communication
- React-Query for client side data caching and query caching
- Typescript to maintain code quality and write type-safe code.
- Amazon Web Services for storage and deployments.
This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app

First, run the development server:
npm run dev

yarn dev

bun dev
Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.tsx
. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
API routes can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.ts
.
The pages/api
directory is mapped to /api/*
. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
This project uses next/font
to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
