Description
See issue: #35223
QueryChangeFeed previously failed when using a partial partition key in request options against a container configured with hierarchical partition keys. Fixed by converting partition keys to effective partition keys in request headers (same as .NET fix).
Added testing for queryChangeFeed and queryItems (no known issue but added for possible future regressions since it follows the same request path).
