Chain changes have used new storage on chain for tasks. All old tasks have been migrated over. Any previous use of Observer class will no longer be able to get the tasks. Instead, upgrade to this new version and the Observer class should be pulling from the correct storage tables. Furthermore, new RPCs have been added for autocompounding and fees.
