Adds an installer script for Ubuntu 22 LTS, derived from
installer_debian.sh.Details
This script fixes the two problems with running
installer_debian.shon Ubuntu:But I'm not sure yet if this is a good direction to go in. This script is really not a script to set up a development environment, because it ends up running
chownandchmodon a whole bunch of repo files, which makes the clone unusable by git and appear modified.
