Fix About Section Footer: Align Social Media Icons and Remove Repeated Message

Description

This commit addresses two issues in the About section footer

1. The social media icons have been realigned to display in a single line for better visual presentation.
2. The redundant message "Stay connected with us" has been removed, ensuring the footer is clear and concise.
