Purpose of this pull request

Update REST and GraphQL header documentation to include the Company header (company_id) added in B2B 1.5.0. This is an optional header that adds company scope to API operations. The header was added to support B2B merchants with company account user that are assigned to more than one company.

If the header is not specified, the company context is set to user's default company.

You also need to update the table on this page

Show what a valid value looks like and how to get it. If you use the company query to return the company ID, you get a value like Ng==. I think the Admin displays a number.
