Has Handlebars, Hbs compiler, Sass, Sass compiler, jquery, and bootstrap

1. On your terminal, go to your working directory and clone this repository.
2. Type "npm install && all" to get all the dev dependencies
3. Also type "bower install && all" to get bower dependencies
4. Type "gulp"
5. There you go! localhost should start on the browser
