Add arm64 to arch support

Updates the architecture support to include arm64 to allow Apple silicon support

Not sure if the returned value should be arm64 or just 64, does it make any difference? At least not for the if condition in the filter_assets function, but maybe it should stick to just numbers to follow the rest of options.
