NEO.r10: License fixes, bugfixes

NEO.r9: Terminal Emulation (yes, really)

It's not the best, but it's terminal emulation.

Other changes:
DEFLATE-based installer compression
Everest bugfixes (Fixing KB/M matching!)
Removed overwrite confirmation on file dialogs
Better line editing across the board

NEO.r8: Pushing slight changes made on the dev version.

In case you're wondering why this took so long: Essentially, I had kept getting changes, so I stopped making releases for each because it was getting too ridiculous.

NEO.r7: Fixes some bugs

This is just two fixes:
File manager failing to allow copying files from read-only filesystems (found by AmandaC)
sys-init self-destructing if no monitors around (found by me (20kdc) by accident)

NEO.r6: sys-init improvements

sys-init now shows the system log and switches screens as appropriate. That's it, but it should be enough.

NEO.r5: CLAW improvements, klogo now bmpview

Mostly minor stuff (bugfixes), though CLAW memory use improvements should be very good for T1 users.

NEO.r4: the not broken release

Fixes everything known wrong with 3.
That is, the lack of a logo file update and the screen management screwup.

NEO.r3

Fixes a stupid security bug caused by me being stupid, enables some previously disabled filename characters, and metamachine is now part of the repository.

NEO.r2

KittenOS NEO R2:

• app-claw memory optimizations
• more features
• hopefully fixed bugs

NEO.r1

Basically, fix the broken stuff about r0 and make the OS lighter on memory usage.
Still not really the complete release, but should be at least usable on all intended systems.
