Hi!

I am using GSEApy for GSVA analysis, and I found that there is a parameter kcdf in gseapy.gsva(). For RNA-seq count data, 'Poisson' should be used, while for log-CPMs, log-RPKMs, and log-TPMs data, 'Gaussian' should be used. I want to ask, if I have both, should I use count data or log-CPMs? Is there a difference between these two results?

Thanks a lot in advance!
