zwe components install or zwe components upgrade currently writes the following confirmation message:

Successfully installed ZIS plugin: zos-newton-db2ifi

It would be good if the message included information about what was updated/copied

Successfully installed ZIS plugin: zos-newton-db2ifi 
- Runtime directory: /product/zos-newton-db2ifi/zisServer
- Copied ./loadlib(db2ifi)  to ZOWE.ZWESAPL
- Merged ./samplib/izpifidb into SYS1.PARMLIB(ZWESIP00)

This could be behind "-v"
