We're getting this error in Zerocracy from yesterday:

We failed to pay the debt of $0.89 to @vladarefiev: Failed to pay: Failed to pay via WTS: job=8bed7b5e-5430-4ce4-aa1a-4523fb6e3be9 error=Zold::Fetch::NotFound: No nodes out of 19 have the wallet ac4d38f6edf95649; run 'zold remote update' and try again

0crat is trying to pay to user vladarefiev, but looks like WTS can't find the wallet of user vladarefiev for some reason.

@g4s8 this is user's error. The wallet is gone from the network, but WTS still has its ID. The user has to go to the WTS and click "Restart".
