如果链接指向另一 markdown 文件，pdf 会生成网页链接，而不是 pdf 内部链接

经询问上游工具，该问题解决难度较大，上游工具并无实现的想法
condorheroblog/vitepress-export-pdf#31

后续可能会考虑重新实现一个全新的pdf导出或者更换其他方案
