[Feature Request]: Define Title Capitalization Case (de-CLICKBAIT!!!)

I think adding the ability to permanently define which capitalization case should be used for card titles would be beneficial to the project. Several YouTube de-clickbait extensions include this option, including DeArrow itself supporting he option to choose either:

• Title Case: Almost Every Word is Capitalised.

• Sentence case: The first word of the title is capitalised. Similar to APA format's definition of sentence case, the first letter of a subtitle should be capitalised as well, such as after a hyphen, colon, or pipe (-, :, or |, respectively).

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, a control option would be added to the User Interface settings, or the DeArrow independent settings, to set the Card Titles to use one of the following options throughout all sections:

• Default (Do Not Modify)
• all lowercase
• ALL CAPITALIZED
• Sentence Case (Capitalize Words)

Extended option(s) to replace or remove excessive punctuation, e.g. "UNREAL!!!!!!", would be a nice addition toward cleaning up the user experience as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative seems to be to just deal with the CLICKBAIT! capitalization in titles unless they have been replaced by the DeArrow service. Outside of Android TV, services used to mitigate this includ the full DeArrow service and/or browser extensions such as "Clickbait Remover for Youtube".
