Both files were sent in the same batch, one got uploaded and one got CORS error

The problem is with the php configuration in php:8.3-apache docker container, it has already given a lot of problems and this one doesn't seem going anywhere. The max file upload size is capped at 2.1 MB

The best solution will be migrating from this image to some other image, shall start working on that as a part of this issue
