会不会是因为项目中的循环依赖导致

在编译index.ts之外的文件？具体是如何编译的，运行的命令是什么呢

使用了rollup -w -c命令之后会动态监听文件变化并重新编译，但是如上图所示，在options.ts文件中保存之后会被监听到并开始编译，但是也就卡死在这里了
