When using VS for Mac's inbuilt "Add Nuget Package" functionality, the template AppDelegate.cs.txt does not seem to be generated.

Tested with:
VS for Mac 8.7.8.4
xUnit: v2.4.1
xUnit.Runner.Devices: v2.5.25
