IIS에서 1.11.6 FileHandler.class.php 오류 #2416

IIS에서는 C:\~~와 같이 콜론이 경로명에 포함되기때문에 1.11.6 업데이트를 적용하면 404오류가 발생합니다.
정규식 예외문자부분에 콜론도 포함시켜 주시기를 부탁드립니다.
