timestamp 타입 컬럼이 nullable 로 지정되지 않은 경우 발생하는 문제로
->timestamps() 를 사용하거나

->timestamp('created_at')->nullable(); 
->timestamp('updated_at')->nullable();

처럼 작성해야 함
