• Add to_pandas to ChunkedArray
• Make dictionary_encode and unique accesible on Column / ChunkedArray
• Implement getitem / slicing on Buffer
• Add index() method to find first occurence of Python scalar

• Series[EA].astype always casts intermediate to NumPy array
