Outdated repositories in the manifest.

I was checking out the manifest to see if anything was out of order and then I saw that the manifests link to the xdroidOSS group in GitLab, which, unlike everything here in GitHub, seems to be heavily out of date and might be an issue.

As of writing this, I'm yet to check out what exactly is fetched from GitLab.

The only thing that seems to be fetched from GitLab is "xd_vendor_gms", which was last updated about a year ago, at least on the branch that the manifest is configured to checkout from.

The branch "thirteen_new" was last updated 6 months ago but that's not the branch that the manifest is configured to fetch from and even then, this might be a problem.
