Changing the overall biome size is not currently possible without a lot of effort, but once it is, we should decrease biome size in the Overworld (and maybe the other dimensions too).

We might also want to increase the number of structures generated to balance out the reduced number of villages in small-biomes worlds, assuming that's still an issue with the upcoming customization tools.
