Add or replace Kibana with elasticvue

@vermario introduced us with elasticvue. He said he used this in daily work instead of Kibana.

for my brain, this is a much easier way to inspect the contents of elasticsearch than kibana (but I am not a kibana expert, maybe that's the thing :-) )

I have added it to next-drupal-starterkit (in addition to kibana, which I left commented out) in this PR: wunderio/next-drupal-starterkit#201
