Tool panel organization

Hi all,
I tried the new VM available on workflow4metabolomics.org, and I noticed that the tool panel is organized in a specific way that does not match the organization in the prod instance. Is this a choice?

Hi @melpetera ,

Thanks for trying the VM. The tools have been organised according to the content of the file tool_list_LCMS.yaml in w4m-config repository.
Each tool has a tool_panel_section_id that the VM uses to place the tool in the panel.
Maybe this file is synchronised with the Galaxy instance? @lecorguille , do you have any input regarding this?
