🔍 설명

발생 케이스는 테스트 말고는 거의 없겠지만, 생성이 빠르게 되어서 등록일이 겹치면 순서가 바뀝니다.
테스트 실패가 가끔 있어서 2차 정렬 기준을 추가합니다.
