반려견의 경우, 새로운 견종이 추가될 일이 극히 �드뭅니다
300여마리정도 되는 견종은 �사실상 고정되어있는 셈이라, 반려견 목록 조회 API를 캐싱해보려 해요
API 하나를 위해 인프라 추가는 아닌 것 같구, 로컬캐시를 사용해 볼 계획입니다
