Add Commands Support

We would like to improve the user experience by adding Commands support.

Describe the solution you'd like
By using Commands, we would like to add support to:

1. Start the server
2. Stop the server
3. Restart the server
4. Start the record mode (Add Record Mode #89)
5. Stop the record mode (Add Record Mode #89)
6. Save a mocked request
7. Edit the selected mocked request
8. Open the Server section
9. Open the Editor section
10. Open the Console section
11. Clear the network exchanges
12. Clear the console logs
13. Any other suggestion is welcome!
