Saving any tabular data displayed in various search features

I seem to recall that processhacker, had many of it tabular output displays windows allowing for easy saving, and some filtering.
I would not have tried all features, but it did. I tried now, and many of the windows with such output, have not much context menu other that copy, the keyboard shortcut crtl-a does nothing, and one has to mouse select while scrolling to get all the information.

More over, it seemed, that the copy of that from context menu, has to UTF16 encoding, as I tried to past in a libreoffice calc document, and that was the only encoding that would not bring funny symbols instead of what I had seen with the systeminformer UI.

It could be LO cacl interpreting the text dump. So this is 2 questions in one, but related to saving the queried information in general.
