Add "domains" to hyperspecialize on the same functions differently in different situations #5

If there is a generic interface (say, to real number types), it would be nice to be able to Hyperspecialize that interface differently for different types that use the interface. We could do this by adding a "domain" (a context really, but that word has too many other meanings) to concretization and widening operations.
