" ! Sorry, an error occurred" when selecting to edit an existing "Devices" #15

Under FreeNAS 9.1.1 when trying to edit a "Devices" device you are presented with a dialog box that says " ! Sorry, an error occurred".

"Add Device" works with no issues.

I created my own PBI using the repo and used the new Plugin available from internal FreeNAS and received the same results.
