Various fixes.

• Fix Windows 7 border + background color
• Fix height issues in some cases. (I can't personally replicate this)

There are a few margin changes in this release and may break certain things.

1. Fix new tab button vertical positioning.
2. Fix tabs overflow prematurely activating.
3. Fix the first non-pinned tab being further away from the last pinned tab.

Misc fixes.

1. Borders are now transparent, this solves a few issues. The big one is that dragging tabs retain curved tabs.
2. Some extra top margin to better fit the curves.
