Note that CSD F8 places a {{db-commons}} tag, which is a redirect to {{Now Commons}}

Acceptance Criteria

when tagging CSD F8, the wikicode that gets written to the file page should be {{db-commons|date=6 September 2024}} instead of {{db-commons}}
