New Feature - Possibility Of Scrolling the Plugins Settings Options Faster and By Keeping the Up/Down Pressed

Hi.
I've been using re_nfpii a lot, and if there are a lot of amiibos on the SD Card, there is a very long list to scroll on the settings (by pressing L + down + minus).
This would benefit not just re_nfpii users, but possibly other plugins as well.
The scroll is slow and pressing up/down only moves the selected value one line up or down.
What I'm asking is for a faster scroll and for the possibility of keeping the up/down buttons pressed to keep moving the list up or down (my thumbs would be very grateful :P ).

I think the phrase you're looking for is Delayed Auto Shift (DAS)?
I agree though, another way to make scrolling faster is to add buttons that scroll by a full page (usually left/right go back/forward 1 page respectively)
Touchscreen support would help even more, since then you only have to be on the same page as the option you want.
