Tracking Electron contributions

While Electron is a great tool, it's still not ideal and it needed some of my contributions to make it a more viable solution for creating a web browser:

• feat: session.setExtensionAPIHandlers for handling chrome.tabs.get and default tab requests electron/electron#27917 - session.setChromeAPIHandlers
• feat: add win.setTopBrowserView() so that BrowserViews can be raised electron/electron#27007 - win.setTopBrowserView()
• fix: disable swapping BrowsingInstance triggered by COOP in <webview> electron/electron#26432 - fix twitter.com not loading in <webview>
• feat: add support for webContents option in BrowserView electron/electron#26802 - webContents constructor option in BrowserView
• fix(extensions): implement missing web_request hooks electron/electron#22655 - native chrome.webRequest support
• feat(extensions): add support for some chrome.management APIs electron/electron#25098 - native chrome.management support
• fix(extensions): enable WebSQL in background pages electron/electron#24798 - fix WebSQL not working in extensions (i.e. LastPass)
• fix(extensions): bypass cors in requests made from background pages electron/electron#24483 - bypass CORS in chrome-extension scheme
• fix: assign session to remote webContents electron/electron#23989 - assign session to remote webContents
• fix(extensions): add more properties to port.sender.tab electron/electron#22592 - add more properties to port.sender.tab
