Error on yml import

We have just installed the gem and attempted to import the en.yml file from our existing rails 6.1 project that we have been using for years, and get the following error.

I am attempting to upload from a Mac.

Any ideas what might be causing this problem?

Are you running this app on your local machine? If so, how did you start the app? (bin/dev ?)

If you are not running this locally. Then what is your app server or platform?

Yes, local dev on my Macbook running Sonoma 14.6.1

Very standard setup, using RVM.

I just start my app with 'rails s'

Its working fine for me. What if you try any different yaml file?
