Create a new directory for the installation if the current working directory is not empty.

I just eff'd up my entire home directory, recursively, with 755 permissions because I forgot to run this in a new directory.

This is a great idea....whenever I get back around I can do this. But in the mean time I have not had much time....so you can add this if you want. I would be happy to accept a PR.
